Proposed drilling programs.

EXPLORATION / TECHNICAL

A staged technical evaluation of the Nicholson Main Showing informed by historic sampling, drilling and structural interpretation.

PROGRAM DESIGN

1,060 metres across two proposed phases.

The proposed Phase I and Phase II programs provide a sequential framework for evaluating the Main Showing, from selected historic drill intersections to broader strike and depth testing.

PHASE I / TARGET CONFIRMATION

Initial Main Showing tests

Three proposed drill holes are designed around historic intersections of 9.54 g/t Au over 1.52 metres, 12.04 g/t Au over 0.91 metres and 298.43 g/t Au over 0.5 metres, with the aim of testing the zone's structural interpretation and possible mineralization plunge.

PHASE II / STRIKE & DEPTH TESTING

Expanded geological evaluation

Thirteen proposed holes over approximately 140 metres of exposed strike are designed to evaluate information gaps in historic drilling, test adjacent areas around the reported 298.43 g/t Au over 0.5 metre intersection and investigate an interpreted shallow western plunge. Proposed intercept depths range from approximately 15 to 75 metres below reference level.

Indicative Phase II cost schedule and reconciliation

The 2025 Phase II cost schedule itemizes $196,880 in direct costs, a stated “15% contingency” of $33,220, and a stated grand total of $230,000. These amounts are not arithmetically consistent. Fifteen percent of $196,880 is $29,532, yielding $226,412. The dollar currency is not identified in the source.

Itemized direct costs$196,880
Source-reported grand total$230,000
Recalculated with 15% contingency$226,412

Historical planning estimates only; no authorized project budget, financing commitment or drilling commencement is asserted.

Both schedules originate in 2025 proposals. Hole names are planned identifiers, not evidence of completed holes. Depths are proposal intercept targets, not confirmed mineralization.

TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES

Test structural controls and distribution.

Historic targeting. Proposed collars and depths reference earlier drilling and reported gold intersections along the Main Showing.

Continuity assessment. Broader target coverage is intended to test zones above, below and laterally from a selected high-grade historic drill intersection.

Geological interpretation. Planned information could support assessment of a shallow western plunge and subsequent technical decisions, subject to execution and results.

Execution safeguards. Any program remains conditional on land access, required authorizations, funding, contractors and technical sign-off.

Technical disclosure. Our published historical assay results and geological interpretations remain subject to independent technical validation. Selective grab samples are not representative of an overall mineralized body; reported drill lengths may differ from true widths. Phase I and Phase II are proposed exploration programs, not confirmation of completed drilling, required authorizations, financing or new results. No compliant mineral resource, mineral reserve or economic viability has been established in the information presented. Read technical disclosure
