Northern Ontario setting
Nicholson is situated in the Missanabie area of an established gold exploration region.
CORPORATE / INVESTORS
Exploration-stage exposure to the Nicholson Property, with technical documentation, defined proposed programs and transparent material-risk disclosure.
INVESTMENT CONTEXT
FIRST MINERALS MINING LIMITED focuses on gold exploration at the Nicholson Property within the northeastern Wawa Greenstone Belt. Our exploration record brings together historical gold assays, surface showings and prior drilling that inform the proposed field programs.
Exploration-stage valuation depends on geological validation, tenure, funding, execution and future exploration outcomes. Historical high grades do not establish a deposit, mineral resource, economic viability or investment return.
Nicholson is situated in the Missanabie area of an established gold exploration region.
Previous sampling and drilling provide technical references for proposed testing.
Sixteen holes totalling 1,060 metres are set out in Phase I and II proposals.
Consistent distinction between historical data, proposed work and verified exploration results.
PROJECT MILESTONES
We have organized our technical priorities into sequential stages. Each stage remains subject to corporate approval, geological validation, applicable authorizations, funding and operating readiness.
Reconcile historic records, establish current tenure and obtain necessary technical support.
Finalize engineering, budgets, access, contractor scope and applicable requirements.
Undertake any approved drilling and sampling with qualified personnel and QA/QC controls.
Interpret new and historic evidence, assess next-stage program priorities and publish reviewed results.
CORPORATE & TECHNICAL DISCLOSURES
We maintain a clear distinction between historical exploration results, proposed field programs and confirmed operational milestones. Our technical information is intended to support informed review of the Nicholson Property and its exploration priorities.
The documents currently published do not establish a mineral resource, mineral reserve, operating mine, production forecast or announced securities offering.
Nicholson is an exploration-stage gold property in the Missanabie area of Northern Ontario. Our 2025 program documentation describes historical gold showings, sampling and drilling, together with proposed follow-up exploration. A compliant mineral resource or reserve estimate has not been established in our published project materials.
Phase I outlines three diamond drill holes totalling 160 metres to evaluate selected intersections along the Main Showing. Phase II proposes thirteen additional holes totalling 900 metres to investigate strike and depth continuity, historic information gaps and the interpreted plunge of mineralization.
These programs remain subject to technical review, required authorizations, available capital and execution planning.
Our published 2025 technical schedules describe proposed drilling, not verified program completion. Any completed metres, new intercepts and assay results must be supported by field records, laboratory results and appropriate technical review before being reported as exploration results.
We identify the date, type and historical source of selected assay results, including earlier surface sampling and diamond drilling. Historical results remain subject to validation. Individual high-grade samples do not define an average grade, mineral resource or economic deposit, and reported drill intervals may not reflect true widths.
Our Nicholson Property technical library contains historical location maps, exploration sections, reported assay highlights, and the proposed Phase I and Phase II drilling schedules. The documents provide a factual basis for reviewing the Company's exploration strategy and its technical priorities.
Our corporate website does not announce a stock-exchange listing, a current securities offering or subscription terms. General investor inquiries are welcome through our corporate contact channel. This information does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security.
Before a program proceeds, we assess land tenure, access, regulatory requirements, environmental and safety controls, available funding, qualified technical supervision and contractor readiness. Proposed schedules and budgets are planning references and do not constitute commencement authorization.
Our corporate contact channel accepts inquiries regarding the Nicholson Property, technical documentation, responsible exploration, business opportunities and investor relations. Requests are reviewed through the relevant corporate function.

Technical disclosure. Our published historical assay results and geological interpretations remain subject to independent technical validation. Selective grab samples are not representative of an overall mineralized body; reported drill lengths may differ from true widths. Phase I and Phase II are proposed exploration programs, not confirmation of completed drilling, required authorizations, financing or new results. No compliant mineral resource, mineral reserve or economic viability has been established in the information presented. Read technical disclosure
